HARD SURFACE

The delivery truck may weigh up to 45,000 lbs. Be cautious of soft surfaces like mud or wet grass, as they can potentially cause the truck to sink and become stuck. In situations where there’s a risk of sinking, the driver reserves the right to decline delivery at the site.

SPACE TO DELIVER

The truck requires a minimum total width of 12 feet, including space for maneuvering after the box is dropped.

  • 75′ for 20′ containers
  • 20′ for 40′ foot containers
  • Additional space to turn and drive away

FREE FROM OBSTRUCTIONS

Before tilting, the truck measures 13’6″ in height and can reach up to 16′ at its peak during delivery. It’s crucial to ensure there are no power lines, tree branches, or other obstructions that could impede the safe delivery process.

Container Delivery

Our delivery method utilizes a roll-off trailer, eliminating the need for a forklift or crane during unloading at delivery. However, it’s essential to ensure that your site has adequate space for delivery and that it’s prepared for the arrival of the truck.

We’ll reach out to you within one business day to confirm your order and coordinate logistics. For delivered containers, expect them to arrive within 4 to 7 business days. Alternatively, customers with the necessary equipment can opt to pick up their containers from a depot within 3 days.

Rental containers will typically be delivered within a timeframe of 3 to 5 days.

Space Required for Delivery of Large Trucks

Choosing the appropriate container size hinges significantly on the delivery location..

40 FOOT CONTAINER

For 40 and 45-foot containers, a roll-off truck is utilized, requiring a total of 120 linear feet of space for the container to be successfully dropped off.

20 FOOT CONTAINER

When it comes to 10 and 20-foot containers, they are delivered using a tilt-bed truck, necessitating an extra 55 feet of space for the delivery truck. This brings the total required space to 75 linear feet.

Both types of trucks require clearance from obstacles measuring 12 feet wide and 13.5 feet high. During delivery, the height may increase to up to 16 feet when the truck is tipped.
